What is Conditioning?


No pressure, no stress & nothing complicated. Just come in & work as hard you can for that session. We do not care if you are fast, slow or strong, we just want to see you getting a sweat on and building a more efficient engine (cardiovascular system).

We all work at our own pace and it does not matter about scores and how fast others are or are not working, just do your best!

The class is suitable for all abilities from absolute beginner to seasoned athletes looking to get in a great workout.
